Q: How much will your services cost me?

A: All charges are competitive and will be initially explained over the phone and agreed  before any work commences (see Charges).

Q: How do you keep your prices competitive?

A: By  keeping the customer base within a specific local area and keeping transport costs to a minimum.

Q: Is there a separate call-out charge?

A: Not for customers who live within 5 miles of  Barlborough and Clowne.

Q: Why are your services mainly for home users and local businesses people?

A: Because it enables us to be responsive and  focused on a specific customer base without being delayed or distracted by the differing needs of larger companies.

Q: What if the fault turns out to be more serious upon close inspection and requires further attention or parts?

A: Any additional work will be fully explained to you. If it is  impractical or unviable for work to continue and the machine is is not working, No-Fix-No-Fee will apply.

Q: How do I book a Service or call?

A: Over the telephone. The day and estimated time of arrival will then be agreed. Alternatively you can  just  email and we will phone you back.

Q: What if I need to cancel the call?

A: Just let us know as soon as possible at least two hours before the planned visit and if required, another date will be booked.

Q:  Am I  too old to learn how to competently use a PC or your advisory services?

A:  Easy paced, plane English methods will make learning a pleasure. Over 60% of our customers are retired or semi-retired.

Q: What are your IT and Training qualifications?

A: Graham holds Microsoft's premier Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer  accreditation along with Microsoft Certified Professional + internet. He also holds advanced training and vocational qualifications which are available for inspection. He has worked on and repaired computer systems since the 1970's
