Prices for our services
are normally agreed in advance,
based on an initial onsite assessment, or the customers description of the
problem and their requirements.

Once a price has been agreed, the fee is fixed and honoured. This
means that even if the work exceeds the average repair time (1½ hours) or
the estimated time to complete the customer's specific requests, they
have the total peace of mind that there will be no extra charges to pay. The only preconditions to these terms are if the customer asks for additional lengthy work on the original or additional machines to be carried
out upon arrival, or if the machine should require a part to complete
the repair. |

If upon
close
inspection the additional
work or parts are required, all the options are fully explained to the
customer....there are no surprises. |

If the age or condition of
the system or the fault is such that repairs or new parts are not
a viable
proposition,
then *No-Fix-No-Fee
will be applied. |

If on arrival the problem is
deemed minor and fully resolved in short time, the customer will
be given the option of either paying a reduced fee or having a free
tune-up. |

If the same problem reoccurs
within 4 weeks through no fault of the user, it will be attended to totally free of charge. |

Websites and Training fees are
agreed upfront usually after a no obligation visit so as to determine the
customers needs. The fees are based on the size/ content of the Website or amount of training required in days/hours and content the customer
requires. |
